In 2003 Duane 'Dog' Chapman was hunting down Andrew Luster; a violent serial rapist who used the date rape drug to rape and violently abuse his victims. He was charged with 86 counts of rape.
On the day of his trial Andrew Luster (heir to Max Factor cosmetics) fled to Mexico to hide away, and so Duane followed. After months of searching they finally caught Andrew Luster, who was still committing his crimes, and arrested him.
Bounty Hunting is illegal in Mexico and so at the airport Duane and his two co-workers were arrested along with Andrew Luster for kidnapping.
Luckily, he was released on bail and Andrew Luster was returned to America and is now facing 124 years in jail.
On September 15th 2006, 3 years later, police officers stormed Chapman's home and arrested him again after receiving orders from Mexico that he was to be extradited for the kidnapping of Andrew Luster. In November we will hear if The Chapman crew will be extradited or not. If they are, they face up to 8 years in jail.
